In our industry, keeping up with the latest tools and tech matters. That’s why we offer an annual tech grant for gadgets. Plus we have a separate allowance to set up your workspace at home.

Learning grant

Got a skill you want to learn, a book you want to read, or an event you want to attend? If it aligns with your goals and Loomery’s, we’ll cover it.

Enhanced Holiday Allowance

For every full year you’re with us you gain an extra day of holiday up to a maximum of 30 days. Plus the Loomery office is typically closed between Christmas and New Year, which is in addition to your holiday allowance.

Enhanced parental policy

We offer up to 18 weeks fully paid maternity leave, and 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave. If you haven't had a recent pay review, we'll arrange one before you head out on maternity leave.
