We are passionate about creating a diverse company that’s a stimulating and supportive place to work - and one that leaves the planet better than we found it. We offer learning and development opportunities for everyone who joins us and we will fully support your growth and career development

How we work

We seek co-conspirators and love working with people who want to make a big impact and prefer to ask for forgiveness.

We learn by making, putting things in users’ hands earlier to deliver fast results.

We use the latest design, prototyping, research and development tools to slash the time it takes to get v1 out in the world.

We use the minimum amount of process to get the job done, meaning our pragmatic teams are able to move fast and ship early.

We’re coaches and collaborators, building your team's capabilities, leaving you stronger for the future.

The role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is excited about joining a rapidly expanding agency to hit the ground running and drive our next phase of growth.

The salary range is £35-45k based on experience and the role is hybrid, based out of our London office.

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Patrick, our Head of Growth and play two pivotal roles, being responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote Loomery and attract new customers. Working closely with the growth team, you will lead numerous different marketing activities, from organising events (which form a core part of our go-to-market strategy) to creating content for our channels - and everything in between.

  • Grow our network by leveraging our CRM (Hubspot) and other AI-enabled tools to optimise and automate our marketing efforts. AI is revolutionising how services businesses sell, and how buyers find, research and buy those services. We believe that the future of B2B marketing will be both personalised and automated and we want to be leading the way.
Supported by our Head of Growth, you will continuously optimise our outreach efforts by using data to identify who to speak to, when to speak to them and what to speak to them about.

Responsibilities include:

  • Events - Organising in-person and online events as well as hosting roundtables or client dinners, from start to finish.
  • Campaign management - Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to build brand awareness and engage our target audiences.
  • Marketing data using our CRM (Hubspot) - Monitor performance to continuously improve and automate our marketing efforts and guide our future approach.
  • Customer Data and Insights - experiment with new data and AI approaches to help better understand our prospective customers and anticipate their needs.
  • Content - Crafting copy that can be used across our website, social and newsletter. This includes diving into our case studies and creating stories that can be used by the growth team.
  • General support of new business initiatives and tactics.

About you

Ideally, you’ve been working in a marketing or sales team for an agency, technology organisation or consultancy and you’re looking to step up into your next role. To succeed in this role you should be:

  • Proactive and a self starter
  • Happy wearing several hats
  • Curious and keen to experiment
  • Naturally organised
  • An excellent written and visual communicator
  • Interested in technology, AI and spatial computing
  • Experienced within the B2B sector
  • Happy to work 2-3 days per week in the office in London

The company we're building

Loomery is a four year old company, so it's hard to pinpoint exactly what it'll be like to work here at this early stage. You will be a critical part of shaping it. However, here are a few things that are important to us.

Principles on the ways we work

Here are a few draft principles that have guided us in our work so far:

  • Make each other successful - By paying attention to others we set aside ego and work as a team.
  • Passionate about quality - We share high standards, and take pride in the detail.
  • Cross-functional and curious - We are open-minded, we ask questions, we listen, we cross-over specialisms and we learn.
  • Own and act - We value those who move things forward, taking responsibility to solve problems for and with others.
  • Care for our clients - We build empathy for our clients and deliver an outstanding service, not just great products.
  • Value over process - Our goal is to deliver value fast and we adopt just enough process to make that happen.

Flexibility in where we work

We know we value time together face-to-face, in our experience it’s invaluable for building lasting teams. We work hybrid, partly from home and in our Bloomsbury office 2-3 days per week. We’ll buy you everything you need to work from home successfully, whether that’s a new router, a lava lamp, or a standing desk.

Flexibility in how we work

Everyone has different needs and demands on their time. We want Loomery to be inclusive for those with caring responsibilities or health issues. As parents of young children we know how important it is to make time for growing families too. Sometimes work shouldn’t come first. We’re very open to conversations about flexible working hours and novel working arrangements.

Leaving the planet better than we found it

Everyone needs to do more to address the climate crisis, and even though our impact is still relatively small, taking action starts at home. As a first step we offset all the carbon we use. We’re also working through the process of certifying as a ‘pending B-corp’.

Tinkering & learning

In our industry it pays to spend time learning about the latest technology or tool. We also love it when people we work with develop new skills and bring new ideas to the team. We provide a £250 technology and learning grant for purchases of your choice, as long as it’s aligned with company growth and in budget, we’ll fund it.
